Zinoleesky Addresses Allegations Amidst Speculations of Naira Marley’s Cancellation
Renowned artist Zinoleesky recently addressed the allegations surrounding his boss, Naira Marley, amidst speculations of the artist’s purported cancellation affecting his latest single.
It’s essential to highlight that Naira Marley was implicated in the controversy surrounding the tragic demise of his former signee, Imole Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
Upon his release from detention, music enthusiasts vehemently called for the cancellation of Naira Marley, pledging to boycott his music indefinitely.
In response, Naira Marley released a track titled ‘Wahala’ in December, which unfortunately failed to gain traction as promised.
A recent tweet by a social media user, identified as @Deyvxxd_, via the X platform (formerly Twitter), ridiculed the musician for the underwhelming performance of his latest single.
“I’m glad Nigerians stood firm in canceling Naira Marley. He dropped a song in December, but nobody paid attention. It seems he’s struggling to accept the reality of his career decline,” the tweet read.
Reacting to these assertions, Zinoleesky took to his Instagram story to address the allegations, subtly underscoring Naira Marley’s enduring relevance in the industry.
“Playing games,” he wrote in his Instagram story post, dismissing the claims.
