Tekashi 6ix9ine's legal woes seem to be mounting as reports emerge of an IRS raid on his Florida residence.
Authorities from the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office were called to Tekashi's Lake Worth home in Florida on Wednesday to assist federal agents in executing the raid.
A video circulating on social media captures the scene, showing multiple vehicles with papers affixed to their windshields, bearing the legal name of Tekashi, Daniel Hernández. These documents indicate that the property is being seized due to “nonpayment of internal revenue taxes.”
Meanwhile, 6ix9ine finds himself embroiled in legal battles in the Dominican Republic, where he faces charges related to a domestic violence incident involving his girlfriend, Yailin la Mas Viral. She has accused the rapper of both physical and psychological abuse. Although released from jail under strict conditions, which include a prohibition on leaving the country, he remains entangled in legal proceedings.
“We are assessing the situation and will issue a statement at the appropriate time,” 6ix9ine's attorney Lance Lazzaro said in a statement.
